Notice on the establishment of a permanent organization for the World Reproductive Medicine Scientists Congress and the solicitation of opinions on a series of activities (2023)

Dear professionals in assisted reproductive medicine, reproductive endocrinology, obstetrics and gynecology, traditional Chinese medicine (obstetrics and gynecology), eugenics and eugenic studies, andrology, traditional Chinese medicine (andrology), and infertility specialists, as well as professionals in reproductive biomedical science, nursing, ultrasonography, and laboratory medicine:

To promote the global integration and development of reproductive medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, eugenics and eugenic studies, traditional Chinese medicine (obstetrics and gynecology), andrology, traditional Chinese medicine (andrology), and to advance the development of artificial intelligence in reproductive medicine, effectively improving the quality of fertility, the World Reproductive Medicine Scientists Congress (WRMSC) is being established. This initiative is jointly launched by the Asia Pacific Health Association, World Medical Congress, and World Medical Journal Society. We have conducted thorough research and preparation and are now releasing the information and seeking opinions and suggestions. The details are as follows:

World Reproductive Medicine Scientists Congress (WRMSC)

2Objective:
To gather global reproductive forces and nurture a better future for humanity.

3Necessity of Establishment:
A. Uneven global development of reproductive medical technologies.
B. Unique role of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of reproductive medicine, providing significant impetus for integration and systematic development.
C. Inevitable deep-level changes brought by artificial intelligence to reproductive medicine research, diagnosis, treatment, and patient care, requiring proactive responses.
D. The explosive growth of the industry necessitates long-term mechanisms to ensure quality control in reproductive medicine.
E. Improving the accessibility of high-quality reproductive medical resources.

4Scope of Work:
A. Purpose and Objectives:
The congress aims to "gather global reproductive forces and nurture a better future for humanity" by promoting research, application, education, technical training, and academic exchanges in reproductive medicine. It seeks to enhance the precision diagnosis, treatment, and care levels in reproductive medicine, promote the integration of Western and traditional Chinese medicine in reproductive medicine, and benefit all of humanity.
B. Scope of Work (including but not limited to):

1Reproductive medical technology and academic research, including basic theoretical research, diagnostic and nursing technology research, etc.

2Dissemination and promotion of high-quality technologies (offline and online), including organizing various forms of academic seminars, workshops, training courses, simulation teaching, and on-site teaching.

3Organization of global reproductive medicine conferences and exchanges, learning, visits, and further education.

4Global promotion and recommendation of reproductive medical experts and achievements.

5Research on the application of deep learning and artificial intelligence in reproductive medicine.

It requires rigorous academic style and focuses on practitioners in the fields of reproductive medicine, eugenics and eugenic studies, infertility, Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, nursing, biology, etc. They should have relevant work experience, achieved certain academic results, and be willing to contribute to the development of reproductive medicine.

3Members of the Asia Pacific Health Association Reproductive Medicine Branch and World Medical Congress automatically fall within the scope of potential committee members and members.

6.World Reproductive Medicine Scientists Congress (2023) Series of Activities:
