关于禁止使用电子印章（圆章、方章、钢印）的通告
Notice on Banning the Use of Electronic Seals (Round Seals, Square Seals, Steel Seals)
亚太卫生健康协会（英文名称为Asia Pacific Health Association，缩写APHA，中文简称：亚太卫协，官方网站：www.apha.org.cn)为规范印章（圆章、方章、钢印）管理，维护会员及委员权益，我会于2025年12月12日起停止未经授权使用包括但不限于公章，合同章，法人章，签名章等在内的圆章、方章、钢印等任何形式、种类的电子印章，上述电子印章不具有效力，我会对于加盖电子印章的包括但不限于聘任、认证、注册、授权，合同等任何文件内容不予认可，不会基于上述文件对任何第三方履行任何义务或者承担任何法律责任。
注：经我会出具加盖实体印章的授权书，可在授权范围内使用电子印章，效力与实体印章一致。
2025年12月12日起，我会所有对外业务开展如需用章的均以实体印章且双章为准。
任何单位和个人未经许可擅自传播，使用我会电子印章用做其他事宜，均属违法行为，我会将依据所在地区法律法规予以追究；如因此造成我会名誉损害、经济损失的，我会将收集，固定相关证据并保留追究相关人员法律责任的权利。

The Asia Pacific Health Association (APHA), with its official website at www.apha. org. cn, aims to standardize the management of seals (round seals, square seals, and steel seals) and safeguard the rights and interests of its members and committee members. Starting from December 12, 2025, we will cease unauthorized use of any form or type of electronic seals, including but not limited to official seals, contract seals, legal representative seals, signature seals, etc. The electronic seals mentioned above are not valid. We will not recognize any documents, including but not limited to appointment, authentication, registration, authorization, contracts, etc., that are stamped with electronic seals, and will not perform any obligations on any third party based on the above documents. Any obligation or legal liability.
Note: With the authorization letter issued by me and stamped with the physical seal, the electronic seal can be used within the authorized scope, and its effectiveness is consistent with that of the physical seal.
